@6912 Hi! I'm so sorry for the delay!! Laying flat Arpmit to Armpit 22.5" length with adjustable straps at shortest length from top of strap(shoulder) to hem is 40". Approx hip area laying flat it 25". These are all approx measurements. I love this dress!! I have 5 or 6 of them. Cute alone or with a tank or tee underneath. I also like to bring mine up and tie it in the front over to the side and use it for a tunic with my jeans!
