Agnes b skirt

This is a gorgeous black cotton skirt with a bright yellow quilted bottom by the French designer Agnes b. The waist is quite small: 26-26 inches, a size 38 in France. Bonus is this is machine washable. I bought it in the hopes I could lose a few pounds. Guess what did not happen. Gorgeous and originally cost over $200! Not worn but no tags. Unique skirt and tres chic!
