Agon Chromatic Animated Teeter Totter Wristwatch Non Working

Featuring a Agon Chromatic Animated Teeter Totter Manually Wound Wristwatch The manually wound 1 jewel movement is not currently running.   The watch features a round silver base metal case, 12-hour numeric dial with a country scene and teeter totter that when working rocks back and forth functioning as a seconds hand.  The 1 piece brown leather watch band may not be original to the watch. The case, crystal and band have surface wear and scratches but otherwise are in nice condition.  Unfortunately, I haven't found another example of this watch and there are no markings to indicate the year.  I am guess that the watch is likely from the late 60's - 70's.
