NWOT - If you have fallen arches or flat feet, these high-arch insoles are made for you. I bought way too many, so I'm passing on a couple of pairs to you. These are Unisex and One Size, you cut them to fit. Packages have not been opened. My example in pics #2-4 is so you can see what they look like. As a bonus, I'll include 2 pair of new adhesive heel liners to prevent shoe rubbing or to help with shoes that are a little too big.

fabulousfindz hi are they semi rigid or hard,I have flat feet

pattiewilson56 @fabulousfindz hi! they are pretty rigid. I have flat feet, too, and sometimes, in some shoes, these really make a difference. They're very similar to some orthotics I had made by a podiatrist. Hope this helps.

pattiewilson56 @fabulousfindz I should clarify - the red part, the part that supports the arch of the foot, it's hard. The white part is more pliable so you can contour it to fit your shoes, as well as get it in and out easier. I had to go look to be more precise!
