Aimeili Builder base is a clear coat that is used with a UV light. The builder can be used 2 ways. The thick clear coat is used with a nail form to create longer nail tip. The builder is also used to create a thick layer great on thin brittle nails. I use it to strengthen my nails with or without nail polish.
