mrsrljohnson I figured out the issue! Somehow the shoes were sent to Minnesota. Please see Tracking info. Maybe you put MN instead of MD? I'm not sure what needs to be done here/ or how you should go about stopping this delivery but it looks like it will be going out for delivery tomorrow morning. Please let me know when you have sorted this out?

anbrothers @mrsrljohnson unfortunately you are the one that enters in your address information through Poshmark, not me since I don’t have access to that. When Poshmark sends the shipping label I can not alter it, it is printed by USPS and sent. You will have to bring this issue to Poshmark since I do not have any access to that as the seller.

anbrothers @mrsrljohnson you are in charge of your address information you put on Poshmark, so you will have to resolve that with Poshmark.

mrsrljohnson I put the correct in my profile/ account. I have received about 20 orders through Poshmark over time to the same address, never an issue.... how may I explain this? I feel that you would be in the best position to do this? Agree or Disagree? I was offering an opportunity for you to do what is right/ your due diligence. Lastly I thought it to be a kind gesture to have started/ come to you first as the seller/ responsible party(shipping). However this seems to be too much for you?

anbrothers @mrsrljohnson Hm. I’m not sure you’re aware how Poshmark works? When you as a purchaser buy something, POSHMARK creates the shipping label and sends it already generated according to the information you provided in Poshmark’s system (your address). Once again I do not have control over the address. I’ve never had any issues with any buyers before. The error in your address can be elevated to Poshmark’s customer service OR you can contact USPS and correct YOUR address.

anbrothers @mrsrljohnson Once again I am not in charge of the shipping label, nor do I know your address or information, that is something you need to take care and out of my control since I am not the addressee. Hopefully that is clear and you are aware this is not any error on my part, clearly through USPS.

Once again, that is out of my control, please contact the appropriate department.

anbrothers @mrsrljohnson and please monitor YOUR tracking information on USPS, it clearly states it is arriving late. Please direct your concerns to them if it does not reroute to you. There is nothing more I can do on my end, so can we respectfully seize this unnecessary back and forth and be patient with USPS? Thanks.
