@tanya_1966 Before I purchase, because there were different machine versions of this model over time, are you able to enter the clinical menu and check a setting for me? It needs to actually be confirmed on the device to be sure. I can give instructions if you don't know how.

@tanya_1966 In the clinical menu I need you to check what the EPAP setting goes down to, when first both S Mode is set to on, and with EPR is set to off. These need to be set first in order to get the correct lowest value for EPAP. How detailed do you want me to be in the instructions? (I don't know your familiarity level). I can be as detailed as you need :)

STEP 1 of 4. Access the Clinical Menu: Press and hold both the dial and Home button at the same time for 3 seconds.

STEP 2. Enter S Mode (if not already set): Go to "Settings" > "Therapy," a) Turn the dial to highlight "Settings" and press the dial. Then b) Turn the dial again to highlight "Therapy" and press the dial. Then c) ensure "Mode" is set to "S." If it's not, turn the dial to highlight "Mode" (if not already highlighted), then press the dial to select it, then turn the dial again to choose "S," and then press the dial again to confirm.

STEP 3. Disable EPR: In Go to "Settings" > "Comfort," ensure "EPR" is "Off." If it's not, turn the dial to highlight "EPR" (if not already highlighted) press the dial to select it, turn the dial to choose "Off," and then press the dial to confirm.

STEP 4. Check EPAP lowest possible setting: Go back to "Settings" > "Therapy," turn the dial to highlight "EPAP," and then press the dial. Then turn the dial backward to the left to see what is the lowest number available as an option there. Please let me know what this lowest number is.

@liowik so when I try to select comfort, it doesn’t do anything. I googled a video and it gave the same info . I’ll update a pic

@tanya_1966 Thank you for checking this. I see your video. (I suspect that the comfort menu may already get automatically disabled when in S mode since S mode is very specific pressures.) The earlier manual said it went down to 2, but later manual then changed it to 3. I really was hoping for it to be 2. Now I have to think about this. (I might still be interested, but I need to consider all options now.). I'll let you know if still interested. Thanks.
