Light airy dress. Chiffon-like feel but double-lined, not see-through. Ruffle detail at hem and running down from waist. Thick waist band. Does not stretch. Scoop neckline but not low-cut. Belt loops in front/back. Belt not included. Colors are black, light purple, emerald green and burgundy.
