I actually don't know what misses or juniors sizes are tbh, it's a woman's size. I only own a couple items from Akira, if you want to see how they consider their sizes, I bet their site would be able to tell you better! Akira only sells woman's clothing, so I'm not sure how it compares to a misses size or junior, sorry!
