Akira polka dot tunic

Sheer tunic (or dress?) with tie for back. Polyester is my guess, except for front bodice and lace. Cute! Someone loved her and hated tags, so the care tag has been removed with the size. Seam at bottom of bodice is, garment flat, 19”.
