Akris Punto striped, sleeveless shirt w/ waist tie

Akris Punto striped, sleeveless shirt with two waist ties. This shirt is from 2000s and is mostly cotton and rest poly. Accents waistline. One tie wraps around and no slots within the shirt. Tried to show in last pic. No size tag visible to me. I would consider this a size small maybe, up to a smaller medium
