Akris Punto blue grey bodycon knit ruffled hem short sleeve

There is a tiny opening that could be sewed at the bottom, or not. When on, it doesn’t splay open. I bought for a holiday party and it came late- ended up wearing something I had- really attractive and flirty/feminine on, just don’t wear this kind of stuff for work/ in rural New England. .
