Akualani Orange Halter Dress w/ Pockets & Ruffles!

Really fun, summery orange halter dress by Akualani. Neck ties in back making it adjustable for the top. There are tiny tiny holes on the bottom but the ruffles make it not noticeable, I did picture the holes above for reference. Huge roomy pockets! Soft comfy fabric.
