One look at this figure-flattering sheath and you’ll not be surprised that this Parisian designer (Eric Sartori), spent 15 years designing for Azzedine Alaïa!! Alongside this great artist who draped exquisitely, Sartori perfected his distinctive style before heading off to become the Head Designer at Hervé Leger, followed by collaborations with both Marni and Narcisco Rodriguez. Finally launching his own line (combining the “Marn” & “Ro” from these former design successes), Marna Ro had debuted in the shops on Rodeo Drive, establishing roots as an L.A. start-up. Locally-sourced and meticulously-made in LA, this tangerine showstopper will take you from conference rooms to cocktails with understated elegance. In keeping with his design roots uniquely influenced by the master of draping himself, this alluring confection is très chic, indeed. The designer’s longtime friend and mentor, Azzedine Alaïa, would be proud. NWOT, it’s brand-new and has never been worn. It’s simply divine, but sadly not my size.
