vintageelement @angelascloset4u hello! Yea there are some scuffs, I have not brought these to a cobbler but a cobbler would be able to buff them out and get them looking close to new. I have an excellent one in nyc and it would be $50 additional if you’d like me to take care of that for you :) i can post some more pics too.
