100% wool from Scotland. from the 1990's Junior size 7, 23" waist. Skirt is 27" lenght & lined. skirt has a little fuzz can be removed with a fuzz shaver. so I will put the vest in for free with skirt. No holes, tears or stains on either garment. This garment is cleaned and in good wearable condition.
