Alaskan Ulu Knife, EUC

The Ulu is the traditional knife used by the Alaskan Eskimos for the last 4,000 years! Originally the blades were made of jade, slate or bone.  This fine blade should be treated as any other fine cutlery and washed by hand with warm soapy water and dried promptly. The world record for time processing a whole salmon using an ulu is 27 seconds!
