Albert Nipon Black Silk Rayon Velvet Dress Fit and Flare Surplice Bodice 2 S

Vintage Black silk/rayon velvet fit and flare dress from Albert Nipon. Features simple, classic styling with surplice bodice, long sleeves with small shoulder pads and narrow cuffs which button with glass buttons, defined waist and flared skirt. Back zip with hook and eye closure. The dress is lined with what looks like acetate. The velvet is unbelievably liquid and soft with its silk component. About 1980s. Condition: One area of silk marking which can only be seen in certain lights/angles. This is very common with vintage rayon/silk and happens easily - I tried to get the light on it to emphasis it - it's actually pretty minor and not readily seen. Size: 2 Bust 34" (a bit flexible due to surplice styling), waist 25", hips 44", length from shoulder 49".
