This dress is in pristine vintage condition as it was only used once and carefully stored. It features a hidden zipper closure, a tropical floral leaf pattern with different hues of blue, all over clear sequins, a shawl scarf that can be worn multiple ways, a sweetheart neckline, and side ruching to further flatter your silhouette. This beautiful vintage piece is in excellent pre-loved condition and belonged to the first lady of New York in 1981. She is taking great pride and preserving her pieces as most of them have only been worn once or twice.
