New with box. Never worn. 5 1/4" heel and 1" platform. I didn't think a 1/2" would make a difference but it really does. Stored w/plastic shaper from original packing to keep shape and in plastic shoe tote for easier stacking in closet storage. I always put no slip pad on sole of all my shoes. Has original packaging so doesn't come with storage tote.
