Are these a size 8 medium width? Last year, I bought some boots on this website the seller advertised as a size 8. When I got them, they were 7 1/2. I just want to make sure. Thanks

Actually google has 38 listed as a 7 and poshmark has it listed as an 8. So i'm not quite sure. And im sorry but i dont have any info on the width.
