Can the top folds be straightened or do they stay folded over?

@nailbykaren they are not tacked to stay folded but they aren’t meant to be unfolded. The material on the underneath isn’t the same leather look. The underneath is more like the interior of the boot. Hope that helps. If you would like me to post a picture unfolded I can do that.
