@jewelry_jackpot Hi, when I stretch out the elastic in the top is measured 18 1/4”. It is pretty much right at 36” around.

@jewelry_jackpot If your 36” is back, could be tight, if your 36 is “boob” then it could fit because of room above halter back. Sorry if TMI.
