Does it have any stretch? what is the width at the hem or Pit to pit? Your measuring tape is the picture is cut off and doesn't show the width. Thx?

I own another blouse like this onemyself. The under layer is stretchy. The top layer has an angle, it doesn’t feel tight, but every body shape has specific needs.
