@ali13080 it’s showing $7.95 shipping for expedited shipping in 1-3 business days. I have not noticed any flaws- the fabric is delicate so there may be normal piling you would see in any dress made of this fabric. I will add the Alex Perry tag. I purchased it from MyTheresa.
