Hello i usually wear a 10 in womens & a 8 in mens but when i brought my Alexander McQueen sneakers i already have i got them in mens & in a 7 so they must run big. Are the womens true to size?

I have mens Alexander McQueen in a 7 so I’m hesitant about buying these in a woman’s 10. In normal non designer but like Nike or something i wear a woman’s 10 and a mens 8 or 8.5 but it seems Alexander McQueen might run big on me and i only own 1 pair so I’m not sure if i should purchase these in a size 10 woman’s. Do you have any suggestions or size chart or anyway of knowing for sure ?
