Alexander McQueen Black Blazer Size 40, US 4/6

This is the most beautiful blazer I've ever owned HOWEVER, the size 40 is really more like a size 4/6 US and I didn't realize that. I've tried it on about a dozen times but it's just a little too tight in the shoulders for me to wear comfortably so sadly I have to let this awesome deal go and keep searching for one that is a little bigger since I'm more like a size 8. Would also trade for an 8 (42).
