Comes with dust bag. Wore no more than 10 times, just a bit too tight for me. Purchased from Bergdorfs Goodman. A bit stained but could for sure be cleaned as it is cloth. Had the rubber professionally cleaned! Off White canvas lace-up boot with a thick oversized rubber tread sole.
