Alexander McQueen lightweight vest has a unique lapel with one notched side and one with an intentional bend. The lapel is double sided leather. Lined in black silk The curved shoulder has a slight extension of leather. There are two small peplum on both sides of the vest at the bottom. Size 42 Made in Italy Excellent condition
