Estimate small or perhaps a smaller sized medium if you have a small waist. I am 5’3” , 27” waist, wear a size 4, 109lbs and this fits me however it is not tight so i can see it fitting a slightly larger person. Made in Italy. Size 40 in Italy is listed as a S-M but again please know your size in this designer.
