Dark navy blue velour/velvety material. V neck ftont snd peel a boo cut out in back. (Buttons at neck then open and zipper starts lower down). PTP is about 19 inches, waist about 16 and length from shoulder about 48. Elastic around arms. Slight puff sleeve. We machine washed cold and hanger/air dried. Smoke and pet free for people with allergies, like me 😉Slit up left side of leg sbout 18 inches from bottom of skirt. No under slip on this one, but nice silky inside.
