This dress is very flattering. I never had the belt for it but it doesn't need it. The top is for a fuller bust. The gold straps have some wear but the silk is in great condition. The hem is high low with pleats. The dress feels good on the skin. The skirt is full. Waistline very forgiving. 100% Viscose. Dry clean only made in NYC.
