Alexis Tweed Pants with Fringe Hem

Stunning, one of a kind trousers by ALEXIS. It's a cream, white-ish tweed with a unique hem. There is a flaw on the front (pictured above). I think it was either eyeliner or mascara I can't remember. I never dry cleaned it or tried getting it out to be honest. Worn once and they got stained so I never wore them again and just forgot about them to be honest.
