Alfani dress, black with white stripes, stretchy

Black and white dress, new without tags, with alternating overlapping of material, I’m 5’7 and this dress hits right at my knees. Would look cute with a jeans jacket for a casual look or dress it up with heels and a black blazer. Material is stretching & very comfortable. I wear a size 8 and this fits me well. From back collar to bottom of dress it is 37” long and from arm and hold arm hole at 17 inches.
