Alfred Angelo bridesmaid/prom dress

Navy bridesmaid dress, only worn once. It is the one in the far right of the first photo. Professionally altered to take in waist and bottom hem to fit my height plus heels. Fits me perfectly and I am a dress size 0/2 and 5'3 (the shoes it was hemmed for are 3 or 4 inch heels, so would fit height of 5'7 with flats). There is a snag in the front of the skirt (last photo), not sure how it happened but I think a professional could fix it.
