Crew neck with lots of jewels and sequins around the neckline. I'm not into jewelry so I don't know what they're called, but it has black bead kind of jewels and white rhinestones (?) and sequins. Black and silver stripes. The silver stripes are made with metallic sparkly thread which goes well with the pretty jewels. Sleeves are elbow length.
