Alfred Sung Hunter Green High Low Formal Dress Size 12

I bought this for an early holiday gala, I am usually a 10 and assumed as it was a 12 it would fit me. It is new with tags! It was too snug in the bust. I would say it runs small. If you are closer to an or have a smaller bust rib cage it would work. I can steam the wrinkles before I send it! It is a gorgeous deep green color!
