Alice Kaye vintage mohair sweater vest size 13/14

Vintage Alice Kaye mohair blend sweater vest, There is a faint stain above the green flower on the left (see picture). The green flower also has one broken piece of yarn that could be twisted back together. Sweater is 67% mohair and 33% Orlon acrylic and is dry clean only. There is a zipper closure in the back. The label says the sweather is size 13/14, The pit to pit measurement is 19".
