bkck123 The waist is 13” wide. The body is 25” long. The strap in the back is 10”x about 3-4” It has a very think elastic stitching at the top of the shoulder to give it the “folded ruffle” look. It is lined on the inside. At the chest there is a small v-neck. There are 13 buttons down the front. Thanks for your interest☺️
