This is a brand new Alice + Olivia black velvet mini dress or tunic hoodie from their Air collection. Style name is Barron. The dress is lined and is in excellent condition. Length is appx 29.75 inches from shoulder to bottom hem, width at middle is 17.75 inches laying flat, top of shoulder to end of cuff for sleeve is 20 inches. I’m 5’9” and this is sadly too short!
