Alice + Olivia Black/Blue Ruffled Silk Lined Mini Dress

Pre-owned Alice + Olivia mini dress. I don't see a size tag, but I will include measurements below. My guess would be an XS. It's made of a modal/nylon/polyurethane blend fabric with a silk/spandex blend lining, fully lined, has a little stretch, zips at the left side, and it comes in black with a blue trim ruffled hem. It's in excellent condition, no stains, rips, etc. Chest- 32 inches around Length from shoulder- 29 inches
