Hi! Alice & Olivia Floral Print Silk Skirt size medium. This is a super cute ice skating style gathered silk skirt with a 2 inch wide smocked elastic waistband. The waist band is 30" and expands comfortably to 35". This skirt would be *adorable* with a cropped tee and sneakers for summer or pair it with opaque tights and turtle neck for fall!
