Alice + Olivia Francine Blue Halter Dress Size 0 / XS

Blue halter dress with tie back. Some minor wear on the back bottom of the dress (see photos), including a spot and some non-obvious runs. One tie for the hanger appears to be missing as well (see photo). Purchased used but never worn.
