Alice + Olivia Jocelyn Smocked Eyelet Floral Dress in Monterey Ditsy Powder Blue

This Jocelyn dress by Alice & Olivia in Monterey Ditsy Powder Blue is made of 100% polyester and has a lining that's 94% polyester and 6% elastane. It has a smocked bodice, ribbon ties for the shoulder, and a metallic zipper in the back. The skirt of the dress is flouncy eyelet chiffon. This dress is in good used condition. The only issue is that the front and back ribbon ties for the wearer's left shoulder have some spots that look like they came from bleach. Please see the last photo. I'd say 70-80% of those spots were hidden in the bow when I tied the dress, but there are still a couple of visible spots on the left side ribbons after they were tied. If you're concerned about the ribbon ties, you could dye them so that they're the same color throughout or perhaps change them out. I'm significantly discounting this dress due to the discoloration on the ties for the left shoulder. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure the dress is a good fit for you. They were taken on the front of the dress with it laid flat. Note that the bodice is able to expand a lot more than shown in the measurements below due to the elastic smocking throughout. Note that I took the last measurement without the straps since how tightly you tie them would affect the length: Pit - Pit: 15" (Can Expand to 20"+ Due to Smocking) Waist (Measured 6.5" below Pit): 13.5" (Can Expand to 17"+ Due to Smocking) Hips (Measured 12" below Pit): 19" Total Length (Excluding Straps): 42"
