alice +olivia took world by storm in 2002 so this dress may be early 2003 2004 based on label before they moved manufacture to china ( not sure what year i am looking it up). if you didnt buy it new, research that label. early a+o is highly collectible sought and suggest you may want to bump up a little, or give someone a great deal.
