Alice and Olivia BOATNECK BLOUSON SLEEVE DRESS Size 4 (S to M) Beautiful dress for wedding, baby shower or any special occasions I’m 32D, waist 25-26 and 5’3 and it fits loose on me. I bought it when I gained much weight to cover for the wedding I was attending. Now it’s a bit loose on me. Only wore once and dry cleaned. Anyone wears S to M(might a bit tight) would fit. It’s really versatile dress and covers belly and arm area!
