Alice + Olivia black and white bottom flutter dress

A white silk blend dress with and a hand sewn black retro print. Has 3 buttons on the front and fits like a flutter dress at the bottom with a little flowing fabric. Adjustable straps with a white lining. May sit longer depending on height and meant to fit a little loose so it could also fit a size larger.
