Alice & Olivia black feather skirt cocktail party dress

Gorgeous dress with feather skirt by Alice & Olivia in size 2. This dress has only been worn once to a red carpet event. The feathers are ever so slightly fluffy at the waist band, it was like that when I bought it new so I guess is part of the design. Looks amazing on, I had so many compliments wearing it. Could do it a clean as it’s been in storage for a few years. Great condition, would be a perfect New Year’s Eve ensemble.
