Smocking style at waist and the back has criss cross, very stretchy, velvet like straps on either side of the exposed zipper. Bust measures 17” across (cups are small), waist is 15” flat across and length from bust line to hem is 27”. Please note, the dress has been pinned to fit the dress form which is a size 4.
