This Alice + Olivia dress is amazing. It is covered in black and royal blue sequins. Look closely at the picture of the sleeves-slightly bunched at the end gives it a super cool look. Sleeves are to wrist. 36” long outs in several inches below my knee. It is fitted but stretchy. Under the right arm- cannot be seen when on, some sequins are missing. See pic.
